Dr. Moubayed works at the CIUSSS du Nord-de-l’Île-de-Montréal (Hospitals Sacré-Coeur, Fleury, Jean-Talon) which is a teaching institution of the University of Montréal. He participates in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows.
For his work on the SCHNOS questionnaire, which is the first validated patient-reported outcome questionnaire to evaluate functional and cosmetic aspects of rhinoplasty, he has received the Harold Delf Gillies prize given by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery annually for the best study in facial plastic surgery basic science. This questionnaire has since been translated in over 6 languages and is used internationally.
He has also obtained a prestigious Canadian Institutes for Health Research fellowship grant for his work on head and neck cancer.
He has also won numerous other prizes for his work and presentation at the local, national, and international levels.
Dr. Moubayed also had the opportunity to edit a medical textbook alongside Drs. Moustafa Mourad and Antonio Riera-March.
